Some of our clients require an original copy of every email to be kept, sometimes as part of a legal compliance issue, or as part of their professional indemnity insurance policy. Our technology keeps a copy of every email sent or received via the server and files it by the date it arrived on the server. These emails are retained on the server in protected folders accessible only by persons nominated by the client. After a period of time these emails can be archived of onto read-only media such as CD or DVD. - This feature is part of the Mail Archive Module and was added to all our systems on 31st March 2007.
